The APS Board of Education is an unpaid position. I estimate it will take between $7,000 and $10,000 to contact voters in District 6, build voter interest in the February 3, 2009 School Board election, and win the election to serve.

This is not a small sum. I am not independently wealthy and expect no special interests will provide any support.

As a result, I am asking you to contribute anything you can afford to help me make APS schools accountable, open, cost effective, and improve our children’s education.

Any amount you contribute will help us reach our goals and is greatly appreciated.
